Pruning tools

What I use: long handled loppers and a hand saw
Pruning saw: Jaws Straight saw in holster (made in South Korea)
Loppers: Lowe 80cm Curved Anvil Loppers (made in Germany)

There is a wide range of hand tools available for stem pruning, I have tried many over the years. My current preference is the Lowe long-handled anvil pruners which are light and strong and work well for branches up to 3 or 4cm in diameter. I also carry a pruning saw in a holster for large branches.
