Collected each year from a number of our best performing Black Walnut trees.
Sorry, we cannot post to Western Australia due to the risk of codling moth. Orders for Tasmania need to go through quarantine and incur an additional cost. Email Rowan for a quote.

Due to its large taproot Black Walnut does not transplant well so I would not grow the seed in pots. Best to sow the seed directly into the paddock. Germination and growing notes provided with each sale.

Deep soils are required for Black Walnut
We can only grow Black Walnut on our creek flats where there is at least 1m of well-drained alluvial soil. I know they also grow well on deep red volcanic soils. The main factor is depth for development of the tap root. Please don't bother on shallow soils.
